At what age do you or did you stop burping your LO's?

I think when they start eating more food than bottles probably?

Well I was thinking about it today when I was burping leeanne. Its getting sooooo hard to get them out now, shes not cranky either if she doesnt burp, they end up coming out on their own when shes playing or sitting up on my lap!

Elyse burps a lot less too now. I'm not sure if it's because I switched her to new bottles or what. She gets more frustrated that I'm trying for burps than she does when she doesn't have a burp IYKWIM. I'm going to keep burping her for the time being.. but I'm going to start cutting out that mid-bottle burp, she doesn't seem to need it anymore.

And she gets mad if I take the bottle away from her before she's ready, lol. Little heffer!!

I stopped the mid bottle burp a few weeks ago. She takes her 5oz and then I burp her. I usually only get 1 big one and then awhile afterwards when shes playing I will get little ones here and there!
I read somewhere around 6 months or so you can stop?

luisa was being burped every oz as she was taking in alot of air..

since switching her bottles she gets hardly no wind and will take the whole 5ozs before needing to wind.. it also easy i just sit her up and out it comes lol

I stopped at 6 months , now hes 12 months and can do it all on his own lol a good trick is after there fed stand them up ..it lets out the air in the tummy

Grady gets so mad! Has a full blown temper tantrum and everything. Tries flailing himself around, screams at the top of his lungs, goes bright red... ahah! stick the bottle back in a he lets out a sigh and keeps guzzling! That's my little piggie!

I still somtimes burp AJ.
More often than not, I can just sit him up and he'll burp himself after a couple of minutes.

i'm the same i have stopped burping gertie as she becomes annoyed and after her feed if i try to burp her she just pukes all over me so now i leave her and she brings up the wind about 10 mins later by herself when she is sitting up or for that matter lying down lol she is a little chunk!!

Honestly I stopped burping Hannah mid-feeds very quickly as it just made her mad and than she wouldn't go back on the bottle. I'd say I stopped completely around 6 months, whenever it seemed to me that she was bringing up her burps on her own
