Butterflies in stomach/chest feeling

Does this sound familiar to any of you? Feels like a nervousness, anticipation, anxious type of feeling.

Yes I'm familiar with that! I used to put it down to anxiety.

Would sometimes get similar in my throat which I thought could be indigestion
