Buying something for the baby for the first time :)

After I had my last U/S and the doctor said everything was perfect, I can finally relax and so I decided to finally buy something for my baby.

However, since we are holding out on finding out the gender, I am stuck to greens, yellows and whites. But that's ok, cause I got the cutest things I could find.

Now I can hop on the "what have you bought for your baby so far" wagon.
So exciting.

Just wanted to share :)

I cant wait til I can start shopping but my OH and I decided to not start til I was 24 weeks. Because Im a bit *cant think of the word!*

I cant wait though, but Ive still got like 3 months!

xxx

Yeah, we won't make any major purchases until January. I will be well over 25 weeks by then. I just wanted to buy a tiny thing, just so it feels even more real.

(as if the ultrasound wasn't enough, haha).

I know I would but my boyfriend would kill me! haha

I saw this babygrow in boots that was for 6-12 months or something and it had 'little pudding' written on it.. it was a xmas one... and junior will be 6 months old next christmas. But the mother in law stopped me :( boooo

Me and my mum went shopping and brought a few bits of clothing for newborn, 0-3 and 3-6 months. The colours were all neutral and now we have clothes for it no matter what weight it is :) Also we went to Toys 'R' Us and mum couldnt stop herself buying the cotset (I love my bear) and the cuddly bear hehe

I'm just waiting on a delivery which should arrive early next week and then we have pretty much everything! :happydance:
We've got limited funds so I'd rather have everything we need now than run out of money later on and be stuck.

The I love My bear sets are gorgeous, i was stuck on whether to get that or the Teddy's Wash Day sets from Mothercare!! I ended up with the Mothercare stuff though as i had vouchers for there, lol!!!

I haven't bought a thing still!! BUT!! I plan on picking out the crib and set of drawers this weekend :D

I bet buying that first little sleeper was a special moment. It makes your heart melt :hugs: happy for ya hon.

We still haven't bought anything yet, but then again we have 3 bags of baby clothes from Drake still. So if we have a boy thats covered. We just need a car seat and a crib, but thats not going to be until next year. Now, if I have a girl lol its a whole different ball park

First thing I did was go and buy girlie clothes after our sexing scan :D

This is the only piece of baby clothing we have so far, we saw it as we were walking through marks and spencers and we both thought it was really sweet. Its so soft and cosy.

:D yeah I love it.. It's so soft I thought it might be cashmere, but its 100% fine kit cotton apparently..

They do a pink one wobbles !! lol

Don't give me ideas to spend more money!! lol
