BV and flagyll?

My dr thinks I have BV and prescribed flagyll has anyone else taken this?

I had it about a month ago but it was the vaginal gel.

I took it in pill form in the beginning of second trimester. It is completely safe. Try not to worry. I was worried as well but its ok. Hope it clears up soon.

I took it in my 1st pregnancy as I also had BV, which mine was unfortunately persistent and wouldn't go away for a month, despite me taking the vaginal gel I ended up taking the pills instead after the gel failed to work, and it cleared up in a week and a half. I was worried the entire time, but DD is now a very healthy and happy 2 yr old
