C Scar still painful and numb?

Its been over 6 months since my csection, and I still get a lot of pulling and pain in my scar. Also the whole are above it, up to about an inch below my belly button is numb still. Is this normal? I tried calling my OB but her office line is busy when I call. I guess I could go to her office but its kinda a pain if its totally normal. Have any of you ladies experienced this months later? Thanks!

My mum still complains about her scar now and I'm 19!

I know the numbness is normal. My DH has a big scar on his arm from surgery and it is still numb in areas 10-12 years later.

i got pulling pains for up to a yr after & im still numb in that area after 8 yrs

Thanks girls. I've never had a major surgery like this before, so I had no idea what might be normal or not.

Yup completely normal. Mine is still numb from my first one over 4 years ago, and was still a little tender up untill this last c-section.

Mine is still numb and i still get tugging and pulling pains if i turn to quick or something. xx
