Hi there, that's normal you'll feel the pulling for a while yet but it will get easier!
I found that I was still uncomfortable three weeks pp but then I started feeling much better; by week 4 I had no pain but I still did t drive or lift until after my 6 week check.
I'm now 9 weeks pp and I lifted something off the top of my wardrobe yesterday and that was sore, so trying to take it easy still! I think the best thing is to just stay as active as you can in terms of walking around (obviously no hikes!!) as this really helped with my recovery.
