I love wearing DD in my connecta 
But she is not a peanut by any stretch of the imagination - 9 months old and probably getting on for 23lb!
I've noticed for a while that after I've carried her, my scar is tender and my whole lower belly aches for a day or two. I have the sling adjusted correctly as I was shown at the sling library before I bought my own (from new, if that matters, i.e. I'm the only one who's ever used it and there shouldn't be any defects or wear on it). So I'm not sure why this would be happening.
Is it just because I have a big baby and I'm not really that long pp for everything to have healed and strengthened? What can I do to help it?
