Aww sorry you are so scared
were your precious sections not positive experiences? I had my first daughter vaginally and then elected to have my second daughter by c section and it was an amazing, beautiful experience! I'd do another c sec birth and recovery in a heartbeat! Try and relax, don't let your fear spoil these last months for you xx
My 1st section was an emergency one at Birmingham womens hospital, after 30 hours of labour, I was just 20, and a single mom, living on my own with no help. I developed an infection, which burst my wound, and lasted for 9 weeks. Il never forget what a God awful time that was for me, it effected my bonding with my son, as I was in so much pain, alone, and frightened. The midwives were bitches, they didn't help at all, and I had no idea what to do with a baby.
My 2nd section was at Solihul hospital (now they are midwife led only) and it was brilliant. Lovely staff, great procedure, fab recovery, and brill all round. I had my bf (now hubby) and everything was great.
But now im back in at Birmingham womens hospital :/ as Solihul are midwife led only, and I have to have a section
I do not trust them at all. Thankfully now I know what im doing, and God help them if they want to be bitches!! I know exactly how I should be treated, and there will be hell if things are not done properly. I worry they wont give me some antibiotics to take after baby is born, im going to ask the doc next time im in the hospital.
Wow iv ranted on a bit there, sorry about that lol.
Im glad your experience was a good one, they are not all bad.
xx
