c section, infection?

have I got an infection? my c section stopped bleeding on saturday which was 1 and a half weeks after I gave birth, but now it has a small open wound less than 1cm of yellow pus, I went to the nurse yesterday out or hours and she took a swab but Ive to wait till Thursday afternoon for results, she didnt give me any antibiotics, they are dissolvable stiches, and the nurse put a small plaster on wound and dressing, should I wait for results or go to doctors tommorow? on top of that I found a small bump on my left breast, but not sure if this is due to my boobs leaking at night or not. I havent been prescribed any antibiotics xx
