Is that the calcium I should take with my prenatals?

Also, ideas for constipation relief?

If you get a calcium or iron, always try to get liquid form. It'll reduce the constipation and absorb WAY better. YOu're right tho, take calcium with D3/magnesium (mag for sore muscles/crampy muscles) and iron with vit C. We need ~29mg iron/day, which is the equivalent of 30 heaping plates of spinach. We don't absorb iron very well especially if 1. it's non-haem and if 2. eaten with dairy as it binds to it and then we poop it out. But Iron is the very one most important supplement because it carries the oxygen on the blood. It prevents post partum depression, ADHD in your future child, and prevents and array of long term developmental problems: learning disabilities, etc.

Wow good to know thank you! I got calcium d3 chewables and iron tablets. I will post the.mg when I get home. I think my prenatals have vit c and all I can easy are oranges right now lol
