It definitely looks like a boy to me.. I'll post my pics of my son and daughter to compare in a bit (have to go fetch them) but my son had a more "flat" head/face like that where as my daughter had a bulging forehead.

Here it is, my daughter on the left and my son on the right (I labeled the pic as well) these were taken with two different dr's so the quality is a bit different but you can still see the profiles of each.

Edit: Huh.. I never noticed the difference in their legs before... My son's legs were definitely more developed where as my daughter's appear to be sticking up still.. These were both done at 12 weeks gestation
