I'm going to be tested orally on my French proficiency pretty soon and very nervous about it. I get a lot of test anxiety sometimes and the nerves alone can make me choke and screw up.

I'm pretty sure I'm at the required level for what I'm applying for, but being nervous will make me not speak as well as I usually do.

Does anyone have any tips on how I could be relaxed and at ease for the oral test?

have a look at kalms tablets hun. you need to start taking them a week or so in advance.

have you got people you can plactice infront of? xx

Picture everyone naked? No, I'm kidding.

How about some calming tea beforehand? And practice a lot in front of people so you're really comfortable.

Good luck!

Eat a banana, dont know why but it calms nerves.
