calorie fitness arm thingy

Hi ladies

Was watching a weight loss program and noticed a lot of people wear these upper arm thingys that track how many calories you have burned etc . .

Does anyone know what they are called or recommend a good one that's not to pricey as I need one lol

Fitbit do one but you wear them on your wrist.

I have one and it's bloody good. Highly recommended. It really encourages me to get moving.

I have the fitbit flex (there are others) and it was 79.99.

I think theres a cheaper fitbit for £49.99. I dunno much about them though, only had a glance in Argos after hearing about them on here
