Calpol saline nasal spray?

I have had blocked sinuses since Thursday and in desperate need of some relief! Had a look online and came across the calpol spray, which says is safe in pregnancy. Have any of you ladies tried it? Or does anyone have any tips to relieve the congestion?

I find oil pulling (swishing coconut oil around your mouth) for 20 minutes to be really helpful and it's supposed to have a lot of health benefits too. The texture of the coconut oil is a bit weird and icky at first but it doesn't bother me at all now.
