Can anyone answer this? how long after ovulation does breast tenderness occur?

IVe tried googling and can't find a proper answer. Im trying to figure out when I ovulated. I got a positive OV test on saturday and sunday and it got fainter monday. Today I have woken up and have sore boobs which I do some times get after ovulation and before AF. If I did OV saturday or sunday is it possible im only just getting the progesterone rise after ovulation a few days later or is it more likely i ovulated later than i thought/yesterday and im just getting the progesterone rise today. It's the actual breast tissue/outer breast that hurts and its like mini shooting pains/burning in them.

Hey,
I think it just differs from person to person. For me, this cycle, my nipples hurt two days after and breast tissue about 4 or 5 days after, they will hurt until af arrives.

It's going to vary from cycle to cycle. I was getting breast tenderness a few days to a week before AF was due until this last cycle, they didn't become sore until after my AF would have been due.

It's different per person. All of my pregnancies (3) I've never had breast tenderness until baby was born and I was breast feeding. OUCH!

No breast tenderness for AF either.
