I need a blinkie making, or if someone knows where to find one would be very happy

I want one that says 'Proud mummy to a special boy with Autism' or something similar.

How do I add them now?

Just tried saving and uploading to photobucket then copying the HTML code but it's more than 8 lines for just the 1 blinkie so keeps telling me no
