The combination of DS allergies, getting over a cold and having the heating on more has resulted In an persistent cough. I have turned the radiator down in his room and elevated his cot but think he might benefit from a humidifier in his room. He seems fine now and isn't coughing during the day, purely during nap and night time sleep. He is having his nap now on the lounge settee propped up and has pretty much coughed constantly. Just tried putting a bowl of hot water with olbas oil on the table near by and he has stopped coughing and gone into a deeper sleep. I don't really want to be doing this at night though.
Any reccomendations out there please? Also I'm not sure whether to go for a cool or warm mist humidifier? It will be well out of his reach.
So far these are 2 I have found
