Can blood thinners delay your period?

Hi ladies,

Ive a 30-35 day cycle & im on day 46 now, ive been on Xarelto over a month now before taking this my period has always been on time well within the 30ish days. Just wondering if the tablets could have an affect on my period? Has this ever happened to you?

Im not pregnant by the way ive been extra careful & even did a pregnancy test just to b sure.

Bit late to respond... hope it's all sorted. I would think it could affect your periods? Seems a LOT of stuff can affect it! lol.
