Hey ladies long time no post....
I have been having some problems lately with my digestive system and after losing over 60pounds I still look 5months pregnant...
I went to go see the doc and seems like i will be going in for a colonoscopy some time....

NOW my question is do you girls think that having these tummy problems and note i have had problems for a few years now.. Could my tummy problems be the cause of my unexplained infertility?????????

Thanks girls... all advice would be appreciated......:hugs:

:( sorry i didnt want to read and run...

im not sure if they can be the cause of this unexplained fertility but i know your intestines (large bowel) runs right next to your ovaries, so i suppose if you have IBS or an inflammation this could be pressing on your tubes (maybe)? the colonoscopy should show whats happening as it goes up your colon, to the left side of your abdomen which is situated right next to your left ovary?

Im really not sure though. i hope someone else can give you a better answer? xxx :dust:

ooo also your oestrogen hormones are controlled by the endocrine system and petuitory gland (in the brain) (which is the digestive system) if these hormones are out of balance this could cause your infertitily.. :( xx

Thanks Mrs Anderson I have all of the above problems, thyroid and no oestrogen.. I seriously think my tummy has something to do with it... as my gyni also said before that my digestive system needs to get checked out after my lap and dye and D&C....

I will go google some more and get back on what doc says...

:hugs:
