Can fertility blend affect opk results

Ever since taking fertility blend this cycle starting cd 4 my opks have always been dark and almost positive. Cd 13 to cd 18 are almost positive and on cd 19 last thursday looks darker and it is still quite dark till today cd 20.

Is the first pic clear positive? That is on cd 19
2nd pic was taken few hours back today cd 20.

Previous opks were close to these two so its hard to know if I have already Od. Last month without fertility blend my opks are always faint until a day or two with darker lines.

I wouldn't think a fertility supplement would affect opk results but I could be wrong. I do know certain supplements can delay O particularly for those with regular cycles. So may be your bidy was gearing up and now it's having it's LH surge.

The line is still as dark as control line. Really confused now when is my most probable O as I dont chart. So I guess we should continue to BD till AF comes.
