I will try to keep this short. First i would like to start with saying i am new to the page. I have APD where my body fights off my progesterone. I do know that progesterone is important in conceiving and growing a baby the first 10 weeks. I have seen a DR my insurance does not cover many doctors that do infertility stuff. So the one i am seeing thinks my chart is fine. But from what i have researched my charts are not fine. 1st i have on average a 9 day luteal phase. 2nd my temps very rarely go above 98.1. I have a 40 day cycle. She had me on clomid for 3 months and took me off. With the clomid my cycles were shorter and my luteal phase went to 11- 12 days. My first clomid cycle did not work. But the other 2 i did see improvement. But my temps were still no higher than 98.1 So my question is if my progesterone is low and thats what is keeping me from getting pregnant could i use an over the counter cream to help? And would it be a good idea to get clomid over the internet and try that with the progesterone cream? We want another baby. Every time i start my period or get a neg test i find it so up setting.

Has your doctor done a full bloodwork to check what your progestirone levels are? Or sent you for ultrasound to check your lining thickness, as that is what progestirone does basically. My progestrone levels are a bit low, although I am 5 weeks pregnant, I am on 200mg suppositories twice a day to up as mine was only 13. Sounds like you really need a fertility specialist. Do you ovulate, Clomid is usually for women who don't ovulate, I had a few rounds of clomid although i ovulate just fine, to up my chances in conceiving. Did your doctor think it was your body fighting it that is stopping you from conceiving?
