Can I get pregnant cycle day 23?

I don't have the most regular cycles, I have pcos but they have been around 28-30 days long at the moment.

I have been avoiding pregnancy due to suspected chemicals in the past months.

We DTD on cycle day 22/23 unprotected, thinking nothing of it and today cycle day 25 iv had spotting. I have had no period cramping but iv had bad pains which felt like ovulation pains.

I never spot like this before periods, if I do it's brown but this was bright red blood.

I'm going to wait and see whether AF comes in the next few days- but cervix is high and closed.

So unsure!

If your normal cycle is 28-30 days it isn't likely to get pregnant from sex on cd23, but not impossible if you ovulated late. It is just wait and see. If no AF by cd 38 test.
