Can i give casserole sauce....

from a packet that we use? We use one of the sachet sauces(im a big cheat i know)

Also,can i freeze rice?

I ask because i am making a chicken casserole today with rice and i want to give Connah some today mashed up and maybe save a portion?
But im unsure if he can have the same sauce? I have a baby chicken casserole sauce on hand if not

And the rice question is because i use the Uncle Ben's boil in the bad rice as i cant cook rice to save my life And it would be a bit of a waste to do a whole packet just for Connah iykwim?

rice is feezable you can buy ready meals with frozen cooked rice, you need to defrost throughly and reheat properly as rice can cause nasty food poisoning

id check the salt content in the casserole mix but im sure a little bit of it will be fine
