hi and welcome
Im at a similar stage, been ttc since nov time 2010, but have very long cycles (approx 50 days) so am probably only on cycle 8 or so

iv had bloods done, all fine, and also a laparoscopy which showed some endometriosis, im seeing my fs end nov where well hopfully find out more and to discuss clomid!
my dh (reluctantly, as i think similar with a lot of our men) did his sa and then received a letter that he needed to do another sample

he's not overly pleased about this
Hopefully our stay here will be short and we'll all get our bfps very soon
Just wanted to ask you a couple of q's if that's ok?
I'm getting my lap next week and endo is suspected. Did they remove it? Did they give any indication of your chances of conceiving having had it? What are your next steps in ttc? Sorry for the questions.x
Hi, dont worry, ask as many questions as u like.
tbh im a little frustrated with what happened, basically i came around from the anaesthetic and a doctor (not my consultant who i have seen previously and who operated on me) came to tell me that 'my tubes are fine, they found endometriosis, which i knew about anyway' of which i actually had no idea of this, and had never even been mentioned as a possibility

she then just said that id have a follow up appointmnet with my consultant to go through results and discuss clomid, so in answer to ur question (sorry for the ramblings

) i have no idea yet???
the other thing that frustrated me was that my follow up appointmnet i was given was 4 months after my lap!! i didnt want to wait that long so called my consultants sec to ask if i could see him sooner if i went privatly and she managed to find me a nhs cancellation for 2 months sooner.
i wish id have asked more questions at the time but as i said id just come round from anaesthetic! All i really know is that clomid has been mentioned a sthe next step to hopefuly make me ovulate sooner!
sorry for the long answer and i really hope ur experience isnt as baffling as mine but id maybe recommend having some questions written down for afterwards.
good luck and babydust
