Can I take omeprazole and gaviscon together?

In suffering really bad with heartburn and acid reflux I've tried everything from eating bland food, not eating or drinking before bed but nothing's helped

I've also tried gaviscon and rennie chewable tablets (which made me feel worse), the doctors have given me omeprazole, which I've been taking for about 5 days which hasn't helped one bit so I want to try liquid gaviscon.

Can I drink it whilst on omeprazole? (I'm also on iron tablets)..

Any advice / input please xx

Yes you can take both.

I found zantac (ranitidine) tablets done the job for me. But yes you can take them both
