So this whole cycle I haven't took melotonin but I took one last night (13 DPO)
Can melotonin lower my bbt on 14 DPO?
There's no sign of AF at all! I usually get leg cramps two days before and nothing... No brown discharge at all just clear fluid...
Should I discard the temp on 14 DPO due to melotonin?
