Hi,
Just a quick question, my son is on aptimal comfort at the moment he is quiete a greedy baby and im not sure if it is filling him, my doctor said my son may have a little bit of reflux (although i thought you either do or you don't ) so i have been finding ways to help it, i have read that adding a table spoon of rice cereal to the milk can help and at the same time it will be filling him up, aptimal comfort is quite thick as it is i dont want to make it too thick...But just wondering has anyone else done this..??

If so please can you explain how i would make up the feed...And my son is nearly 7 weeks would it be ok for him to have added rice cereal to his milk..??

simple answer, no, never. It can cause your baby to choke. You shouldnt ever add anything into your babies bottle x

No,rice should never be added to formula x

I agree with the others - never add rice to a bottle.

Out of interest, how much is your LO taking and how often? What are the other symptoms?
