Can someone explain slimming world to me?!

I really want to kick start loosing my left over baby weight.

I've done ww in the past but it's all changed now and I find it annoying! Besides I don't have time for all the calculating.

What is the diet within slimming world? Their website is a bit sparse on the details - probably till you pay!

Any info on the plan greatfully received. Thanks.
 
It's all changed since the last time I was there and accordingly it's better now than it was before. If I was to go back now I'd still stick to the "original" plan though.

It use to be; You could either have a red or green day and had 15 sins per day to use.

Red Day.
Eat as much meat as you like but limit your carbs and veg.

Green day.
Eat as much veg and pasta as you wanted but limit your meat intake.

Sins.
Can either be saved up until the weekend or used on a day to day basis, within your sins though you had to take into consideration certain foods.

It sounds alot more complicated than it actually is :haha: ... I'm not to sure what the new system is unfortunately. It's not a "diet" as such is changing your eating habits, I lost 3stone in under less than a year and found that once I had lost it I kept it off as I'd taught myself to eat specific things :)
 
extra easy where you combine both days and have syns too.
