can someone help me?

Hiya, im 22 weeks pregnant and was wondering if anybody else has had a similar experience to this. Ive been having terrible anxiety shaking, being sick my stomach feels asif its flipping. I love my partner and I want to be with him but my mind keeps telling me that I dont want to be with him and that I don't care for him even though I really do! Its confusing me and making me ill.

Definatly anxiety chick. I suffer with this even not in pregnancy. I'm on medication and it's very common for a woman to become depressed in pregnancy. I do the thoughts about my partner too Horrible I no and sometimes think it about my baby even though I love it so much. I have to tell myself it's my anxiety and depression and these feelings will pass. You need to see your doctor. You may have post partum depression in pregnancy and you don't want it leading to post natal depression. Big hugs xx

Thankyou so much, it makes me feel better that there's someone else like me! I feel terrible constantly crying. In bed lastnight I was shaking as if I was afraid its so awful especially for my partner I don't know why my mind is thinking this stuff xxx

That is anxiety I also take medication for this and On my way! during pregnancy it will be worse and there are worry maybe go talk to your gp Hun
