Can Someone Please Help? - Possibly Pregnant

Hello! I need someone to talk to. I have been told that I cannot get pregnant easily by an Endocrinologist (no fertility specialist or anything) because I was on Depo for so long and it messed up my system. I have since been off Depo for four years and have not have had a normal period since I started Depo, currently I'm having one cycle a season or so. I am on Metformin (a known fertility drug) for over a year to help with PCOS and to help jump start my cycle.

With that being said, I the first day of my last period was July 17th (ending the 20th) and my husband and I started to start trying right around there and since August 2nd I have felt like completely horrible, nauseous since, breast tenderness, wanting olives (I hate olives), and in the last day or two exhausted. All signs of pregnancy, but three pregnancy tests have come up negative (would it still be to early???). I did have heat exhaustion August 2nd, and I'm worried it's all in my head, but I wouldn't have this many symptoms if it was all in my head right? Can I get this many symptoms this early on? I feel horrible and the more I tell my self it's in my head the more I feel horrible

If you have roughly a 28 day cycle and O mid cycle, you would be about 4 wks now, so I would expect at least a very faint bfp, but still could take another week...
If you have long cycles, or O late, which is a possibility being that irregular...you could be too early to see a + yet.
On a diff note, craving salty foods ( olives, chips, pickle juice lol) can be due to a deficiency - it's the body's way of getting what it needs sometimes.
All we really hear is how bad sodium is, but without it we would die literally every cell/organ uses it. So perhaps it's linked to the heat exhaustion - your electrolytes may still be off a bit.
Anyhoo.. I hope you start feeling better and all I can say is keep testing every coiple days over the next week or so.
