So DH has had his SA.
It showed good number of sperm.
But the sperms motility (movement)was not good, normal form was not good nor was vitality.
Unfortunately when we asked doctor what this mean, she said "I'm not a sperm expert"
So does anybody know how we can improve motility, normal form and vitality.
