Can there be any good signs?

I've just had my second D&C in a row the first was a mmc the second a blighted ovum. Both times I've had no bleeding, bad msickness and nausea (especially with the BO), tender breasts, constipation etc....really strong pregnancy symptoms and the stuff people usually tell you are "good signs". I am now thinking that with me there are no positive signs for any future pregnancies!!

I'm really trying to be hopeful about the future. We were offered testing but refused as I really do hope that it's just bad luck and that there is nothing wrong, so agreed to give it another try before going down the testing road and the doctor agreed. I know pregnancy isin't an exact science which makes it so frustrating but just wondering if anyone has been through something similar and also had a successful pregnancy? Was there anything they noticed that was significantly different with the successful one? It just makes it hard to be positive in the future as because of the strong symptoms I really thought everything was ok this time but it wasn't to be

im in the same place as you hun my 1st D&C was in sept with a blighted ovum i did have a bleed and lost of all signs, i found out last wed that my baby had no hb and was booked in for a D&C on friday but just be4 i was having it they sent me home and told me they want to rescan me 1st WTF, ive still got M/S sore boobs no pains or bleeds.

Im so sorry for your losses its so unfair but never give up hope thats all we have right now xxxx

I was reading your story and I know the wait is agonising, a day can seem like an eternity when you are in limbo waiting for your scan!! But at least you can be hopeful until then. I really hope it all goes well for you. Let us know how things go with the scan. xx
