Who else loves pumpkin everything? LOL. It certainly is PSL season, and I am currently enjoying one at McDonalds of all places. It's actually really good.

The blizzard of the month at DQ is pumpkin pie and I had actual pumpkin pie the other day.

I'm going to make pumpkin ice cream later this month. I thought it would be fun to share recipes Ans talk about our love for pumpkin. I'll share my peanut butter pumpkin pie recipe later. What's your favorite?

Pumpkin isn't really much of a flavour we get here in the UK, I am a fan though, think I will make a pumpkin pie when hubby is home next week :) what else is pumpkin good with?

Pumpkin pie is soooo good. Im gonna make one at the weekend I think if I can source a can of puree.

Yeah that seems to be the only place I can find it lol!

Mmmm! That cheesecake looks good (and easy)! I'm pinning it. :)

Here's the peanut butter pumpkin pie: https://www.food.com/recipe/peanut-butter-pumpkin-pie-121511

And the pumpkin ice cream (I've got an ice cream maker): https://goddessofbaking.blogspot.ca/2013/10/easy-pumpkin-ice-cream.html

I also want to try these pumpkin pie "cupcakes." They are basically just little mini pies made in muffin tins. Someone posted the recipe on facebook:

Impossible Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes

1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2/3 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 cup muffin tin with silicone liners, foil liners sprayed with cooking spray or just spray the cups with cooking spray. Either of these three methods will make it easy to take the cupcake out after it’s cooked. Paper liners make it difficult to remove the cupcakes.

Mix the pumpkin, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and milk. Add the flour, pumpkin spice, salt, baking powder and baking soda to the mixture. Fill each muffin cup with 1/3 cup of the mixture. Bake for twenty minutes and let cool for twenty minutes. Remove cupcakes from pan and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle more pumpkin pie spice on top and serve. Makes 12 cupcakes.

I LOVE Pumpkin everything... except this creamer that I got the other day... it was yuck in my coffee, I so glad DH liked it and finished it off, but it's the first pumpkin anything that I haven't enjoyed.... right now my whole house smells like Pumpkin Spice though!!

I have those 'auto' sprayers throughout my house because of our three cats and puppy... and I went to Wal-Mart and they had new Air Wick and Glade spray cans for the Auto sprayers... so I got a bunch of them and omg I'm going to be so sad when they're all gone! My house has never smelled so good! Love it ! :)

I love pumpkin aswell!
Starbucks has had their pumpkin spice latte back for a few weeks, they also have a little loaf just YUm

Pumpkin pie is soooo good. Im gonna make one at the weekend I think if I can source a can of puree.

Aldi!

I made pumpkin pie for the first time the other week it was amaaaazing :D

Btw pumpkin pie spice blend is very similar in composition to the mixed spice you can get here xx

I am a huge fan of pumpkin too, when this season rolls around I am always so happy. There's this tea they make a David's Tea, it's pumpkin of course, so amaziiiing.

And pumpkin pie :D

I've never tried pumpkin anything

I want to though! xxx

The latte from Starbucks is lovely! I've never had pumpkin pie though

I'm getting fed up of pumpkin... one pumpkin has done 20 plus waffles, 2 pumpkin cakes, 1 tray of muffins and tonight i'm making soup with the rest. I have two more pumpkins...

i did see a nice recipe for a swiss roll type thing with pumpkin and i'm will be doing the pumpkin pie and cheese cake. I'm going to make some mix for hot choc/coffee and i heard you can use the seeds in pesto.

Oooh, the soup sounds nice. Seems like pumpkin tends to go sweet over savoury these days. What about a pumpkin ravioli? That sounds good!

And I feel weird saying this, but the McDonald's PSL was just as good as Starbucks!

Pumpkin flavoured food stuffs are not so big in the UK. Since I got to the USA a few months though I've realised just how big it is here! I've never seen so many pumpkins in my life! I really want to try pumpkin pie but not sure what's it's supposed to taste like. Anyone know a really good recipe or really good one in a grocery store/restaurant I can try?

If you're near a Costco, they have really good pumpkin pies in their bakery department.
