Can you get a virus on your phone? Porn pop ups :S

As the title says really, is it possible? Trying to navigate through this site on my phone and I keep having porn pop ups! Not sure if it happens on other sites as my Internet is a bit wacky. I've been signing up for free perfume samples and I know they probably sell my email, I clicked on a few earlier to unsubscribe from the spam. Could that have been it?

I'm on an iphone 5 using google app, and from wales!

Ewank has been one of them a couple keep trying to transfer to safari. Another one came up and it said bitter strawberry? And then changed like into a google browser but I'm already on google so I don't know what that one was about!
