Is it possible to have braxton hicks in your lower back? I've been trying to find out from google but when I read things about telling the difference between false labour an true labour it all seems to say false contractions will be in your stomach/abdomen but real ones could be in your back.
For awhile now I've been experiencing pains in my back. I don't mean for awhile today. I mean as in a pretty regularly the past say.. two weeks. They are pretty painful, each contraction (if that's what it is) lasts a few seconds and are a few seconds apart. The whole thing tends to only last a few minutes. 5 at most. It happens pretty often and I've generally just put it down to BH. I'm not worried about preterm labour, because this is happening often and I don't go into labour. But now that google can't answer me I'm wondering if I should actually be worried..
