Hi ladies, well i actually asked my consultant this question when i was pregnant. He said you would have to take ALOT of FA to have too much. When pregnant you should ensure you get your RDA from supplements and all gained from food is a bonus. Just to add, i asked several doctors this and got the same reply from all. Hope this helps xxxx
