can you have pcos but have regular cycles?

Can anyone shed some light on this...i think i might have the condition hirsutism..but im not sure i was never diagnosed with it..but they say people with that condition temd to have pcos...but that they usually have irregular cycles....well my cycles are regular..does that suggest that i probably dont have pcos? Im still waiting to ovulate...im on day five of flashing smiley faces..advice please!!

I have PCOS and I have regular cycles. Never missed a period. My cycles vary from 27 - 31 days on an average, I O between CD12 and CD17. I have always ovulated and always have periods but my doc said I am PCOStic. But I can't say anything about you, if you suspect something maybe you should get diagnosed. Then you will know what to do whether you have it or not.

I have PCOS and I also have regular cycles.. have to get it tested. People with PCOS who are healthy and really manage diet and body weight often have regular cycles.
