Hi all. Been ttc for a few years now but it was just an if it happens, it happens state of mind. Im 39 years old. Well, I just had an irregular period in august where I bled for 16 days and then no period for sept, and it's now Oct 9 and still no period.
I'm also having what seems to be premenopausal symptoms. Hot flashes, hair falling out, exhausted all the time, trouble with dryness and fragile skin, extremely foggy brain, etc.
So I went to the Dr this week, did some blood work and have an ultrasound scheduled for next week. I've got the results but have no clue what they all mean together.
I know alot of you ladies are very knowledgeable on the subject so could you tell me what you think is going on? The FSH is ridiculously high, so that doesn't look good.

Here's the results
FSH 46.95 mIu/ml
Total estradiol 93.0 pg/ml
Prolactin 9.52 ng/ml
TSH 2.24 uIU/ml

Could I be hypothyroid? He was feeling my neck for a while, but didn't say if it felt normal.
These are the only tests I've had done so far. I have a follow-up appt at the end of the month to discuss the results and possibly order more testing. Thanks in advance

I don't know a great deal about all this, but the fsh is really high. Your tsh is fine, so I don't think your thyroid has anything wrong. I hope you get some answers in the follow-up xxx

Just saw this ... What did you find out in follow up? My FSH is ridiculous too... I'm really curious what docs do or think about being able to conceive with these numbers bc i'm right there with you
