Can you O with no + OPK?

I have been gearing up for a while to O with fertile cm, o pains and good cp. I think I o'd yesterday as today my cm has just about dried, my cp has gone firm and closed. However I never got a + OPK. I was using the digi and testing with FMU. My temp did go up this morning - so I know time will tell if it stays up. I just have a history of not Oing at all & i'm afraid this might be the case this month. My chart is below.

I was too impatient to wait until tomorrow so I decided to test again & look what I got:
