Can you see a nub? Can you help me guess the gender? Pls :-)

I have 3 boys and have always been able to see a nub (super obvious - haha). My symptoms were all the same too. However, this time round I’m not able to verify what is a nub and I’ve been diagnosed with sever Hyper Gravi (I was sick with my boys but this time I’m like 100 x worse). My scans are from my 12+5 weeks and also my 15+1. I’m due in October and will be waiting for the day to know. I went private early with my first two babies to know the gender sooner, my last baby I asked not to know and my sonographer still blurted it out . This time round I definitely want to wait for the day. BUT I’m still intrigued to hear what you all might guess it is. Appreciate your time and messages
