I had noticed my son was crying alot while trying to feed and was extremely fussy and seemed uncomfortable so me and my husband took him to his pediatrician and he had discovered a canker sore, which should go away on its own in 7-10 days. He also said try giving him his bottles cold so it wouldn't burn as much like a warm bottle to do. Is giving a baby a cold bottle okay? I've just never known anything other than giving a baby a warm bottle. And i know his doctor said its okay, I just want other opinions on it. Help please?!

Heya. opur doctor probably doesnt mean fridge cold, just room temperature (which will still seem cold but not really cold!). Its absolutly fine not to warm bottles. When DD2 was newborn, I used the small ready to feed cartons, which I just opened and poured into the bottle. Never warmed as she didnt like to wait for her milk! xxx
