Can't change my avatar

My avatar disappeared a couple of weeks ago, i dont know why, so uploaded a new one. Now I just had a look to change my avatar again and the button to browse a file isn't clickable so can't change it to another file. Is anyone else having this issue?

Nut_Shake have you tried clearing out your Cache as it could be your internet browser at fault there? If you clear it out then shut down your window and then re - open that should clear it up. Please let me know if this doesn't work. I've just tried it myself so it's working fine for me, it sounds more of a local issue.
