Organic apple cidar vinegar, 5% acidity (with the mother), diluted with water on a tampon. Put the tampon in a couple times a day for at least an hour each time. And put some where its irritated as well. It will burn for a second but then its instant relief definite cure all & very good for your whole body unlike the poison anti fungal crap that nevet works. Xx

On Saturday I just knew I was getting a yeast infection. Went To The Beach anyways since I had already made plans with the family. The ocean water must have created a miracle because no more symptoms.

it's horrible. I had it loads with my daughter but not once so far this pregnancy so I've been lucky this time (although there's still time) it's nasty though

Isn't there anywhere nearby where you can buy Canesten without seeing a pharmacist, like a supermarket? I had it last week and I just went to Tesco and bought it myself.. It cleared it up nicely
