Can't make head nor tail of the nub theory, anyone good at this?

I have my 20 week scan on Friday and hopefully will find out if baby is playing ball. They weren't at my 12 week scan as couldn't get the nuchal measurement.
Been looking at the pics and comparing to what I've found online but can't find the right parts to be looking for.
Could anyone help/take an educated guess?
This pregnancy is totally different to monkey and my two angels so thinking its a girl from that alone.
