cant sleep through coughing

ive been so tired since about 3pm but every time ive tried to sleep i cant because im coughing too much. i havent even had any cigerettes today cause my asthma is playin up. ive taken my inhaler etc but nothing is working... any suggestions??

Awe Hun....Suck on a peice of candy or cough drop.....That helps me....

Pour some boiling water into a bowl and out your head over it with a towel over the top and breathe in the steam. Get some eucalyptus oil to put in if you can too

in the end i did both plus i had a cup of lemon tea... got to sleep at around 2am yay for me lol
