Cant stop peeing myself!!!

sorry for the TMI but its really pissing me off!!

I'm in my fourth pair of pyjamas in about 3 hours - ive just opened a pack of maternity pads because i'm bored of going getting changed!

Ive got such a bad cough at the minute and everytime i cough i pee!

theres no solution is there?

Was going to suggest using sanitary towels! I don't think there's much to do apart from that...

everytime I sneeze and am sat bolt upright this happens! doesnt happen if im lounging around though.. I suggest you lounge around some more x

You can work on your kegels, but at this point I'm not sure how much good it'll do.

Yep just kegels or trying to 'squeeze' the pelvic floor at the same time as you cough (if you can remember to do that lol)

Ugh I feel your pain! I have a nasty cough and if I'm standing up I pee myself! It's so annoying.
