Well my clever OH took out a policy for me today and I've just read through the details they've emailed to me...

Only, the wrong amount of no claims are on there!

If I ring them tomorrow, will they change it to the right amound of NCB's I have? Or does this mean I'll lose a year? Also, will it cost me more to change the details?

So wound up right now :nope:

Yes ring them up. They usually ask for proof of your entitlement anyway so you should be fine.

:)

When I changed providers I had to get a letter from my old provider to confirm my no claims. Just phone them up. I had an admin charge when I changed my details in the middle of the year (I bought a new car) but if you've just taken it out it might be difference. If you're within the cooling off period they might change the details for no charge xx

Yeah call them they will ask for proof anyway you shouldnt be charged for.it but it may change the price of your insurance especially if he put 4yrs when you have 3 or less x
