Been to the docs today and have been diagnosed with carpal tunnel! Does anyone have any tips to keep the pain away until I get my physio date? Thank you x
Look into taking some vitamin b6! I had awful carpal tunnel syndrome during and after my last pregnancy and starting b6 practically healed it. I'm still taking it in this pregnancy and so far, touch wood, no problems.
Wear one of those wrist braces when you're home... I've been wearing mine lately, you can get them at any drug store. Also, limit phone time... Facebook makes mine worse lol
I'll have a look for b6 I'll try anything. My doc said the physio will give me splints to wear at night when its worse but for me they notoriously take forever to get appointment so will look at wrist bands
