Catarrh - does anyone suffer with this?

I keep getting it in my ears and no idea how to cure it, I have tried lots of different things - help would be appreciated

Catarrh its like fluid in the ears, I wish I could laugh but its not funny, the symptoms are a nightmare. Its more common in your nose and throat, like mucus really? hope this helps the explanation lol

Ah sorry didn't notice that just saw the anyone suffer bit, actually I have I just kep on using ear buds but don't push them in just gently turn it inside, have you tried decongestants?

yeh tried a lot of things lol, its a nightmare what symptomps do you have?

Nasal sprays like sudafed help mine n sudafed decongestant tabs
