CBD opk PEAK FERTILITY, but ob said not yet ovulating

Does cbd opk misleads? Had my period dec 10. Dec 17 had the flashing smiley and dec 20 evening had the solid smiley. I went to my ob today dec 22, Said I will be ovulating around next week. Was adviced to bd this month 24, 26 and 28.
